Concrete staining is a permanent transformation of ordinary concrete into something that resembles “old world” stone, marble or tile at a fraction of the cost. Because the concrete floor serves as our “blank canvas” we are not confined by the size of available materials. Because concrete staining is not a paint or coating it will never chip, fade of peel.
Concrete staining is an economical process for creating custom flooring that offers exceptional durability and low maintenance costs. Concrete staining is a category of architectural concrete that has been in use for many years. Only recently has the process been carefully refined and developed into a rapidly growing flooring alternative. New application techniques and special effects have greatly increased the design possibilities.
In recent years, concrete staining has been utilized extensively in Las Vegas casinos and other commercial applications because of its flexibility in design, durability, low maintenance costs and low installation cost. We are now seeing the introduction of concrete staining in a variety of retail and food service industries. We have installed stained concrete floors in offices, fitness centers, wineries and a variety of other settings. Concrete staining is well suited for both interior and exterior applications.

We can score (cut) a 1/8″ line in the concrete to create the effect of large blocks of stone or almost any design imaginable in the concrete; stain with different colors and techniques to achieve the desired effect and “atmosphere”; and seal with a coating which best serves the client’s needs and decor. Cost effective logos, and special effects are also available to personalize your creation.
Concrete staining has enormous design flexibility. It works exceptionally well in a country décor, formal living area or commercial setting as well as being popular with the contemporary designers.

Micro Toppings
For restorations or clients that desire a new surface we apply about 1/8” of polymer concrete. The new surface has a light texture and stains beautifully. The micro topping may be tinted to a specific color and sealed, acid stained or the color injected chemically.
