Jonathan Ray, President
Jon started Florentine Floors, Inc in 2001 shortly after retiring from the US Marine Corps. With many years of leadership and strategic and logistical management behind him, he applies the same energy and commitment from the Marine Corps to the management and development of Florentine Floors. Jon spent 22 years in the Marine Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. He is now considered a very knowledgeable expert in the concrete industry. Jon has been called in as a consultant and is considered a valuable partner for architects seeking to include decorative concrete and concrete coatings in their specifications. Jon continues to visit every job site himself in order to ensure that the customer or contractor has the benefit of his expertise. Each new client can feel confident hiring Florentine Floors knowing the job is in great hands.
